All orders must be placed before 1pm for next-day delivery Mon-Fri, before 8am for next-day delivery Sat, Sun & holidays.

Pastry orders for Saturday and Sunday must be placed by 1pm Friday.

We deliver every day except: Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, & New Years day.

Please give us a call or email if you are within this range and need daily deliveries. We have relationships with other distribution partners to deliver our breads directly to your location.

How do I set up a wholesale account for daily delivery?Easy! Give our sales team a call at (718) 475-4935 or email us at FreshSales@tomcatbakery.com. We will schedule a sampling and talk you through all of the details.

What is the order cutoff time if I already have an account?1pm for next-day delivery Monday-Friday, 8am for next-day delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. Pastry orders for Sunday and Monday must be in by 1pm Friday.

What days can we receive deliveries?TOM CAT BAKERY bakes and delivers 362 days per year (NO THANKSGIVING/CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS DAY) normally 7 days a week delivery.

What is the Minimum Order for my new account?$40 per day for all NYC locations, $50 outside the city (note: surcharges will be applied if order does not meet the minimum).

Can the minimum delivery charge be waived?No, We encourage all customers to start with our company both big and small, however it costs us money to process orders, deliver and to be most competitive, we must charge a delivery fee for any orders smaller than the required minimum with no exceptions. Please contact your account representative to discuss all other product lines including: Bagels, Muffins, Croissant, Cookies, etc.. Surely you can identify Items needed to meet the minimum order requirements.

What is Tom Cat’s fresh delivery location range?New York City, parts Westchester, parts of Long Island, Southern Connecticut, areas of New Jersey and eastern parts of Pennsylvania-Philly area. Please give us a call or email if you are within this range and need daily deliveries.

When are deliveries made?We require a 2-hour delivery window. We will work with you to arrange a delivery time that works for you or better we ask for a key to your location so your order can be left safely inside. Our trucks are on the road from 2 AM to 10 AM, 7 days per week.

Can I pick up my order at the bakery?We do not encourage any pick ups at the bakery.

How do I change my order, place a standing order or make an order? "Your very first order should be set up with your sales representative, and after your account is established, you can do it all yourself via our online portal or you can email in your order / adjustment to our customer service department.

Can I get my own statement / invoice when needed?Yes – retrieve from online portal with you access credentials.

What is the bakery Trans Fat Policy?In accordance with Section 81.01 of the New York City Health Code, Tom Cat Bakery does not use partially hydrogynated vegetable oils, shortenings or margarines. The amount of trans fat present in our products is under 0.5 grams of fat per serving. Click Here to get a copy of our Trans Fat Letter.

How do I refresh my bread?Seasonal factors such as humidity, heat, rain, etc. can impact your bread's crust. To refresh it, place in a pre-heated 375 degree oven or toaster oven for 5 minutes. We bake our bread without preservatives and we recommend eating our bread on the day of purchase.
