Our Japanese Milk Bread (shokupan) in its most traditional form; a large square loaf sliced in 1/2 inch thick slices. Made with heavy cream and honey, these loaves have a super-tender crust and an impossibly light crumb. Rich and slightly sweet, it can be sliced for sandwiches or toast.

INGREDIENTS:

Unbleached Unbromated Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Heavy Whipping Cream, Sugar, Honey, Natural Enzymes, Salt, Yeast, Ascorbic Acid.
